Research-use-only sales

All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.

Eligibility

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and qualified researchers, or purchasing on behalf of a lawful laboratory, research organization, academic institution, company, or other qualified research setting. This is confirmed at account creation and checkout. Guest checkout is not offered for these materials.

Order review

Axion Biolabs LLC may refuse, cancel, or refund an order that indicates prohibited or non-research use, including personal, therapeutic, bodybuilding, weight-loss, cosmetic, or anti-aging use. Guest checkout is not available.

No resale for human use

Buyers may not resell or distribute products for human or veterinary use. Doing so is a breach of these terms.

No medical claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice or a therapeutic claim. Product descriptions are limited to research context and analytical data transcribed from certificates of analysis.

Liability

The buyer is responsible for lawful handling and use. Materials are sold for laboratory research only, without any warranty of a particular experimental outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable Florida law, liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the materials in that order.

Changes

Updated terms are posted on this page. Continued use of the site or completion of a later purchase constitutes acceptance of the posted version. Prior research acknowledgements remain on file with their recorded version and timestamp.
