Research-Use-Only Agreement

By purchasing from Axion Biolabs, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• The buyer is 21 years of age or older and is a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organization.
• All products are used solely for in-vitro laboratory research and not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The buyer understands that no product is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for human use, and that the products are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics.
• The buyer will not resell or distribute the products for human or veterinary use.
• The buyer accepts full responsibility for safe, lawful handling and use in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional requirements.
