Order processing

Orders are reviewed and processed on standard US business days after a qualified research account is on file. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.Axion Biolabs LLC may delay or refuse an order that indicates prohibited or non-research use.

Shipping

Shipping is offered to addresses in the United States. Available carriers and service levels are quoted at checkout from connected shipping accounts. Laboratory research materials are not shipped on USPS Media Mail or Library Mail.

Shipping is free on research orders of $200.00 or more (merchandise subtotal, before tax). Orders below that amount are charged the checkout rate for the selected service.

Returns and refunds

Unused, unopened laboratory research material may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email info@axionbiolabs.org with the order number to start a return. Return shipping is the requester's responsibility. If the return is accepted, the merchandise amount is refunded to the original payment method. This policy is not a performance, safety, or research-outcome promise.

Billing

Charges are processed in USD. Card statements show the name used by the payment processor for Axion Biolabs LLC. If a charge is unclear, email info@axionbiolabs.orgwith the order number. A separate billing descriptor has not been published because it has not been confirmed with the processor.
